Marketing Breakfast Club

The next Marketing Breakfast Club will take place during Horecava 2026, with registration opening around mid-November. Read more about the Marketing Breakfast Club during Horecava 2025 below.

On Wednesday, January 15, 2025, we will be hosting the 7th edition of the Marketing Breakfast Club, powered by FoodserviceXs & Horecava. The Marketing Breakfast Club is the perfect way for food marketers to start the year: in just one morning, we will bring you up to date on the latest developments in the dynamic foodservice industry. It is also an excellent opportunity to network with like-minded professionals. After 12:00 noon, we will let you loose at Horecava, where you can immerse yourself in all the latest food trends.

In the tradition of the Marketing Breakfast Club, we focus on a socially responsible theme. What we eat matters. Food impacts our health and well-being, our eating habits express our cultural identity, and what about the social impact: eating together connects us. At the same time, what we eat has an impact on the world around us. Whether it concerns animal welfare, the greenhouse gases emitted during food production, or the working conditions for farmers and agricultural workers who grow the crops.

Are customers and guests themselves responsible for their food choices and consumption behavior—at home and outside the home—or does that responsibility also lie partly with us? As the foodservice industry, and as marketers in particular, we have a moral responsibility to consider the consequences of the food we sell or serve. In terms of health, convenience, and affordability, but also ecological and social impact.

The Marketing Breakfast Club is about following your own moral compass, about taking responsibility for the consequences of our choices and actions. As organizations and as morally ambitious individuals within your organization. Expect an inspiring morning about doing ‘the right thing’.
