The 70th edition of Horecava will officially be opened on Monday 11 January 2027 by Florentine Rijkmans, Director of Horecava. The opening will be hosted by Sander Allegro, who will then lead a talk show exploring developments in the hospitality industry and expectations for the year ahead. The opening will also feature the festive ceremony of the Horecava Awards 2027.
