Do you have questions about build-up and breakdown times, requesting build-up/breakdown badges, purchasing invitation cards, wristbands, or ordering all necessary items for your stand (electricity, water, and internet)?

Horecava is only open to trade visitors.
The minimum age is 18 year. Accompanied children and babies are also NOT allowed.

Although you are not allowed to bring your baby, we DO offer the option of pumping in the Baby Care Lounge.
The Baby Care Lounge can be locked from the inside with a key. The key is available at Reception D on the ground floor of the Elicium (Entrance D) and should be returned here after use.
No breast pumps are available, please bring your own.

These are the Piccolo service times for Horecava 2025. The times for Horecava 2026 will be announced at a later date.
Yes, during build-up on Friday 10 January, Piccolo service will be available between 08.00 and 16.00 hrs for transporting goods to your stand. The service is available at the cash hall of the P4 car park and the P10 work terrace. During dismantling on Thursday 16 January, the Piccolo service will also be available from the same locations between 18.00 and 20.00 hrs.
Please note: for correct access and use of the Piccolo service from P10, two persons per vehicle are required: one person must accompany the piccolo to the stand while the driver parks the vehicle in the car park.

Yes, several catering areas will be open during set-up. You will find details on the RAI Live screens during build-up and breakdown.
You can request this prior to the exhibition. To do so, send an email to Exhibitor Services at exhibitorservices@rai.nl.
The breakdown of your stand is possible on the following days:
- Thursday 15 January: 19.30 – 22.00 hrs
- Friday 16 January: 08.00 – 22.00 hrs
- Saturday 17 January: 08.00 – 17.00 hrs
The breakdown of shell scheme ('ready-to-use') stands is possible on Thursday 15 January from 19.30 to 22.00 hrs.
The build-up for Horecava 2026 starts on Wednesday 7 January at 08.00 hrs. Below you’ll find the build-up times per day:
- Wednesday 7 January: 08.00 – 20.00 hrs
- Thursday 8 January: 08.00 – 20.00 hrs
- Friday 9 January: 08.00 – 22.00 hrs
- Saturday 10 January: 08.00 – 18.00 hrs
- Sunday 11 January: 08.00 – 17.00 hrs
Don’t forget to book a time slot in advance for loading and unloading deliveries. This can be done via this link. The system opens three weeks before the first build-up day.
If you have ordered stand construction via Horecava, you can set up your stand on Sunday 11 January between 08.00 and 17.00 hrs.

How does it work?
- Register all your set-up and dismantling personnel via this link
- Each registered person will receive a pick-up notice
- With a print of this collection notice or the barcode on the phone, the assembly and disassembly badge can be collected at the entrances

Yes, you can! If you want an extra account, send an email to exhibitorservices@rai.nl.
As an exhibitor, you will receive a number of free wristbands for your stand staff. This is calculated based on the number of square metres of your stand. If the number is insufficient, you can request additional wristbands in the webshop.
Yes, central freezer space is available through Schenker, contact them directly.
Or you can purchase a freezer from the webshop, which will then be placed on your own stand.
In the Horecava webshop, exhibitors can order parking tickets in advance. Of course, it is also simply possible to pay for exiting via the pay machines at the car parks.
Trade show participation may include a number of free invitation codes. With these codes you can invite your business contacts to Horecava for free. If these codes are not enough, you can buy extra invitation codes.
How it works
- Go to the Exhibitor Portal and under 'Marketing & Promotion', click on 'Invite Guests & Relations';
- Click on the button 'Open Visit Connect'. You will now enter 'Visit Connect';
- In Visit Connect, click on the 'Guests' button in the left navigation bar;
- In the horizontal button bar at the top of the page, click the 'Action codes' button;
- Click on the green arrow in front of the text 'Free invitees'. You will now see the list of codes your invitees can use to collect a free ticket toHorecava. Your guest can enter this code on this registration page.

Night power is not automatically included with your participation, but you can purchase this through the webshop. After 1 December, you can order night power by sending an email to Exhibitor Services at exhibitorservices@rai.nl.
For exhibitors, during the exhibition period, the building is accessible from 2 hours before the start of the exhibition opening until 2 hours after the closing time on presentation of the exhibitor wristband.
Yes, you may. However, it is mandatory to register the get-together using this form.
After registering as an exhibitor, you have received an email containing your login details for the Exhibitor Portal. Click here to log in directly.
For enquiries about facility supplies such as power, water and internet send an email to Exhibitor Services at exhibitorservices@rai.nl.
Make sure you submit all orders for RAI facilities, services and connections via the webshop before 1 December. After this date, we can no longer guarantee your orders.

RAI Amsterdam railway station is just 300 metres from the RAI and has regular connections to Schiphol Airport, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and the international railway network. Metro line 52 and tram line 4 both stop in front of the RAI.
By Metro & Bus
If you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station (CS), you can take the metro 52 (travelling time: 6 minutes, in the direction of Zuid (South), Europaplein stop). Metro 52 stops right in front of the RAI and will take you into the heart of Amsterdam.
If you are travelling by train to the Amstel station, you can take metro 51 to Amstelveen (travelling time: 5 minutes) or the bus (route 65), which will bring you to the RAI within 10 minutes. In this case you should get off at Scheldeplein. From Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, the best way to reach the RAI is with metro 50.
By Train
NS-station Amsterdam RAI is 300 meters from the RAI and has regular connections to all parts of the Netherlands, like Schiphol, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and is also linked to the international train network. Check the NS journey planner for your itinerary.
By air
You can reach RAI Amsterdam from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol by car or public transport in less than 15 minutes. Schiphol Airport is one of Europe's biggest airports and offers passengers a high standard of service.

The RAI is ideally suited for visitors who travel by car. It is situated alongside the Amsterdam’s A10 orbital motorway (exit S109) and has its own underground car parks. This means that the RAI is easily accessible for visitors coming from the Netherlands or abroad. All the main motorways can be reached without difficulty from the orbital motorway.
Numerous signboards indicate the route to the RAI. During large exhibitions, orange signs displaying ‘P RAI’ will direct you to additional parking places. From there, a free shuttle bus will bring you to the RAI.
