NK Koken
See, smell, and experience how teams from top restaurants with an SVH Master Chef and/or one or more Michelin stars compete for the coveted HANOS Golden Chef's Hat. The Dutch Championships for Teacher-Student duos and Young Chefs up to 25 years of age will also be awarded. The cooking takes place from a black box containing (mandatory) ingredients for each course. This allows the (star) chefs to show what is possible with beautiful products, good cooperation, and (the application of) the right knowledge. A spectacle you don't want to miss!
Food Markt
At the Food Market, you will meet various producers and suppliers who are involved in traditional, healthy, and responsible products. The Food Market is all about quality and the story behind a product. We want to know where our food comes from, and the story behind the product is becoming increasingly important. That is why entrepreneurs are happy to tell you more about the ingredients, origin, and production process.
