At Horecava, you can discover everything about the origin of ingredients, the production process, and the trends driving the food service industry. Dutch Cooking Championship
See, smell, and experience how teams from top restaurants with an SVH Master Chef and/or one or more Michelin stars compete for the coveted HANOS Golden Chef's Hat. The Dutch Championships for Teacher-Student duos and Young Chefs up to 25 years of age will also be awarded. The cooking takes place from a black box containing (mandatory) ingredients for each course. This allows the (star) chefs to show what is possible with beautiful products, good cooperation, and (the application of) the right knowledge. A spectacle you don't want to miss!
