Horecava is the leading hospitality trade fair where professionals in the world of food, drink, and outdoor accommodation can meet. The latest edition of Horecava took place at RAI Amsterdam from January 13 to 16, 2025. Four days, nine halls, 700 exhibitors, and over 67,000 visitors: it was an unforgettable event full of encounters, inspiration, trends, innovation, and a great atmosphere! Always something to see and do

There is always something to see and experience at Horecava. There was plenty of inspiration at the TrendLAB and Start-upLAB, among other places, visitors attended masterclasses in the Pop-up Bar, or discovered artisanal products at the Food Market.

Competitions

From innovation prizes to culinary awards, there were many prestigious prizes up for grabs at Horecava. From the various exciting competitions organized by the Gastronomic Guild and De Lekkerste Wedstrijden (Tastiest Competitions) to the Dutch Coffee Championships and Dutch Beer Drafting Championships.
