The raw material of milk, as a healthy and diverse food, is the most important basis of all our products. Over 1,300 farmers from the relevant region, deliver their milk at short distances to frischli, at our three sites of Rehburg-Loccum, Weißenfels and Eggenfelden.
The headquarters of the company are in Rehburg/Loccum, just outside Hanover. Products such as UHT milk, powdered milk and cream are produced here. The dairy Weißenfels/Saale was completely rebuilt in 1992 as a special operation for cooking quark. Apart from UHT milk, the well-known milk quark meal Leckermäulchen is produced here. The frischli dairy at Huber in Eggenfelden, was taken over in 1996. Eggenfelden is one of the largest producers of coffee cream portions Europe-wide, and produces over 1 billion cups annually. All milk producers are certified in accordance with our QM-Milch quality management system. With the help of QM-Milch, milk inspections and external consulting institutions, these longstanding partnerships ensure a consistently high quality standard. Due to the continual improvement of keeping and feeding the cows, our milk producers contribute to a continual improvement and safeguarding of our milk quality.
