Our food journey started out with a question of “why not”. Why is our daily pasta just basic filled with simple empty carbs. There has to be a better way to have a pasta that tastes great and at the same time perfect nutrition for our bodies. With our passion in food craft, and the need to have better healthy alternatives, there was a clear starting point, vegetables. In our small pasta lab in Rotterdam, months went by sampling, testing and reimagining the traditions pasta and crafted a Veggipasta.

Our choice of vegetables is a circular choice. Together with you, we are reducing food waste by using the surplus and misshaped (ugly) vegetables to create tasty healthy lovable foods. We are partnering with farmers and vegetable wholesalers to not throw out these vegetables but give them to us, and with simple craft processes, veggiHap reimagines and crafts foods we all love.
