The Mediterrané Hall

The Mediterrané Hall

Horecava is the largest meeting place in the Benelux, attracting over 60,000 decision-makers each year from the foodservice and hospitality industry. At Horecava 2025, we introduce Mediterrané, a pavilion dedicated to promoting Mediterranean food and beverages. In Hall 13, you as an (international) exhibitor, will have a unique opportunity to offer your product(s) or concept(s) to a booming market within the foodservice and hospitality sector.

Why Mediterrané

As our colleague Nello Paloni is explaining in the video aside, the Mediterranean cuisine has been incredibly popular within the Dutch hospitality industry for years. One in ten restaurants in the Netherlands is Italian, and nearly half of all the hospitality businesses come from countries such as Spain, Greece, and France. Additionally, the Lebanese and Turkish cuisines are increasingly on the rise. In 2023, the Mediterranean food sector grew by an impressive 13.2% compared to 2022, with an 8% increase in the first quarter alone. This makes Mediterrané an essential part of Horecava 2025.
