Experience is the magic word. We want to touch, surprise and exceed expectations, becoming ever grander and more compelling. But what is the Return on Experience? How does the drive for experience relate to rising costs, staff shortages and the need to operate sustainably and smartly?

Who is the Art & Leisure Symposium for?

We are organizing this Art & Leisure Symposium for decision-makers at cultural institutions such as theaters, museums, and libraries, and within leisure facilities such as zoos, amusement parks, large playgrounds, swimming pools, and multifunctional buildings with sports and swimming facilities. We also aim to inspire cultural policymakers and recreation facility managers with this program.

In short: anyone involved in food service and hospitality within the Art & Leisure sector.
