Hospitality NXT: Signature – Efficiency paradox

In an age where efficiency often takes precedence, the question arises: how do you maintain your organisation's uniqueness in hospitality and food service? Where is the balance between processes and experience, between cost awareness and culture?

During Hospitality NXT, participants explore the Efficiency Paradox: how can you work smartly and purposefully without compromising on identity and humanity?
