Maartje Blijleven - "De kracht van communities in een tijd van verandering"

In een tijd waarin werkgeluk onder druk staat en talent schaars is, laat Maartje Blijleven zien waarom sterke communities het verschil maken. Aan de hand van herkenbare voorbeelden vertelt ze hoe een community-first cultuur zorgt voor verbinding, vertrouwen en een omgeving waar mensen willen horen. Rogier Braakman is CEO of Net OS and former CEO of two international hotel chains.

Drawing on his background in hospitality, he translates thinking in terms of occupancy rates and guest experience to offices. With Net OS, he helps organisations work smarter, more flexibly and more sustainably through real-time occupancy data and intelligent (co-office) workplace solutions.
