On Thursday 14 January 2027, Horecava will host the second edition of the Young Professional Career Fair. An inspiring platform where young talent, educational institutions and employers come together. With over 1,000 young professionals from vocational and higher education programmes in hospitality, tourism and foodservice, the Career Fair offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with the professionals of tomorrow.
The hospitality industry continues to face major challenges when it comes to attracting and retaining talent. That is why it is more important than ever to engage with the next generation at an early stage. During the Career Fair, you will meet ambitious young professionals who are actively looking for internships, traineeships or their first job and have consciously chosen a career in hospitality.

Your spot at the Career Fair
As an participant, you will receive a prominent location in the First Floor Restaurant near Entrance K of RAI Amsterdam. This central location offers excellent opportunities to engage with students and increase the visibility of your organisation. Your participation is further supported through promotion by Horecava and CuliQuiz to students and educational institutions.
The Career Fair has a compact and accessible setup. Each participant receives their own space with a standing table and room for one banner, creating an open environment where personal interaction takes centre stage.

Both Horecava exhibitors and non-exhibitors can participate in the Young Professional Career Fair:
- Horecava exhibitors: € 495,-
- Horecava non-exhibitors: € 995,-
