The food service and hospitality industry revolves around personal meetings. This is why every year, for four consecutive days, we bring together over 65,000 food service and hospitality professionals at the Horecava; the largest and most important trade exhibition in the sector for the past 62 years in the Netherlands. After all, a handshake and conversation make a much greater impression than contacts online.

There are many other sustainable initiatives too, such as the Pure & Fresh pavilion and the Green Route.

The Horecava is the ideal place to launch innovative products and services. Entering the Horecava Innovation Award is a particularly good way of promoting your innovation. And a dedicated InnovationLAB platform has a central location on the exhibition floor to ensure this vital aspect receives the attention it deserves.

The companies at the Horecava are divided into 8 segments. Each segment highlights trends and developments via workshops, demonstrations, presentations and competitions.

The Bakery segment has been combined with the Coffee, Tea and Cacao segment in one hall. This gives visitors an even more comprehensive overview of developments in these areas, and benefits from a greater focus on experience and inspiration.

From soft drinks to wine, from beer to spirits, beverages play a pivotal role in the food service and hospitality industry. With a wide range of events, this is one of the most dynamic parts of the exhibition.

From trade unions and hotel automation to the latest cash register systems, automation suppliers, trade associations, consultants and software specialists share the latest developments in this segment of the exhibition.

Since the previous edition, this segment has been expanded with the BBQ Plaza, focusing on trends and innovations related to barbecuing and outdoor cooking.

The latest trends in the field of interiors, hotel furniture and lighting are on show at the Horecava, including a wide range of company clothing and a focus on tableware. It’s the details that make the difference, after all.

Visitors can attend workshops, enjoy tastings and ask experts questions. The Coffee, Tea and Cocoa segment has been combined with the Bakery segment in one hall.
